There's alot of good ones in our small city. Seem to be clean, and food safe. Over consumption is something you've got to watch. I had octopus at a Chinese buffet, and it was like trying to eat stretch armstrong. Frog's legs DO taste like chicken.

No. i stay away from anything with the word buffet it in..thats a French term describing cats and rats being made into Kung Pao Chicken

Depending on where is was, absolutely. Cruise ships, and most Las Vegas buffets are great.

I would! They have some absolutely fantastic gourmet buffets on cruises, it all depends on where you go and the quality of food.
