There's a pressure point on your wrist which is located three finger widths up from the actual wrist joint. Press on there when you feel sick and the nausea should disappear! Works for me..

Pepto Bismal tablets - the best thing ever! When I used to drink the liquid it always made me puke. The tablets are awesome.

I used to call it Pepto Miserable - lol

Ginger helps to sooth the stomach. I recommend ginger tea.

A normally chew a piece of gum for as long as I can.

I get motion sickness, and that's my number one solution.
