I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.
I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.
I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

If it's not too bad, diabetes can be controlled by diet. And a few almonds can help lower blood sugar in a pinch.

Blueberry leaf extract. You can find it in most health food stores in the form of a tincture. You put a couple drops in a glass of water and it's said to regulate your blood sugar levels. Good at preventing cellulite as well.

Goji promotes normal blood sugar and manage diabetes. Goji has been used in china for the treatment of adult-onset diabetes for many years, and its polysaccharides have been shown to help balance blood sugar and insulin response.

I know this is going to seem retarded, however my g/f's dad had the same problems with one difference, he was "old school" and expected it to "Fix itself", no medicine but regulates the intake of sugars or carbohydrates.
Bottom Line: Cinnamon!
Check it out and you will see articles (hopefully the same one I did and showed her) that offer that advice.
I am a stranger to you, but I hope you stay healthy! Fight! Anyone can give up.

Swamp cabbage and bitter melon can help but it cannot be a substitute for insulin injection or pills especially if you have a type 2 diabetes.
