I was told before by my science teacher about a decade ago that the idea of drinking after peeing is to prevent dehydration. The idea is that you HAVE to replace the water that you excreted.
Then a couple of years back, I learned about the kidneys.
The bladder is connected to the kidneys and the kidneys filter your blood. It take out the waste from your blood, acting as a filter system. The body continuously does this obviously because your blood continuously flows.
This is why sometimes you get a really concentrated urine (dark color) or a dilute urine (faint colour).
Of course there are other factors that can affect your kidneys filtering system. One factor is caffeine -- from coffee or some energy drinks. Caffeine signals the stop of release of a hormone, ADH, which ends up stopping water reabsorption. ADH is a hormone that allows the kidneys to reabsorb some water that was filtered out.
It's not that the bladder doesn't like to be empty -- it's just its job is to collect until you decide to pee.

The answer is no. You're bladder doesn't like to be empty and shouldn't be. The body functions on water and lots of it. and the bladder is a storage tank for used water with toxic waste taken out of the body. Some people just pee more frequently than others and drinking plenty of water is good for you. However if you think you have a problem, see your doctor.

Depends on the Weather; a dry weather demands lot of water.
It is not the bladder that needs it; it is the body.

ur dehydrated as someone said already..
the easiest way to tell is if its a darker colour...
if your holding it in for long times thats not good for you.
also if your in the sun,a lot of people drink beer again thats not good as it doesn't re-hydrate your body, drinking water does.
a girlfriend used to have problems going sometimes, running the tap is good..but didn't work so i told her to think of waterfalls... did the trick.lol

It's because that hat on your avatar's head is squeezing the water out, kinda like spongebob, so you need to replace the water so that you won't dry out. If you do you are useless...
