the floor. i always make it a point that i will not leave a dirt to the floor off from my shoes.

The furnishings. I can tell the character of the housewife (and to some extent, the household head) by the way they select furniture (and I do not mean to say they have to be expensive).
I have entered houses where you literally have to tiptoe so you don't break any of the so many decors they have around the house. And still houses where the furniture take up so much space that you have to have the skill to navigate the living room well.
And of course, when I see plastics - - - furniture, covers, plants, etc I can hardly breathe.

Does it fit ? Does the house look lived in with young kids ? Or is it antesptic clean and covered in plastic ? Messy is okay and dirty is not. Gives a big insight as to the people you met weather they are real or plastic.

As a matter of rules , respect for the owner.
Look up the OWNER OF THE HOUSE 1st.
All other materials items are not really important , depending on the affordablilty of the owner, be him ... poor or rich.
By looking at WHAT THING THEY HAVE IN THE HOUSE
or HOW EXPENSIVE THE ITEMS IS,
it is like despising the owner ..............
Lets be natural ..... respects all people ... look down on NONE. ........... our life will be happier

I think the paint of the wall coz it really make attractive if it has a perfect match of sala set and it follows everything.

probably the smell or the color or how big the house is, that's what i notice, especially the smell
