I don't think it would work. The public MIGHT accept a $3 bill as not being phony but we will NEVER accept the idea that Rottenham Clinton is not phony.

There is no such thing as a $3 bill. With or without the Clinton's. If there were, they would all be phony.

That would be appropriate, but it is more important that we get Ronald Reagan on some denomination of our currency.
