I was just curious, I watched a Wife Swap this past Mon. & the one family kept on saying the other was un-American because they had a more eco-friendly lifestyle. So what is un-American?

Frankly, there is no easy answer to your question. Personal beliefs, morals and values, upbringing, opinions and environment all influence what someone feels makes themselves and another person American. My belief is if you are not putting a roof over anothers head, food in their mouth and clothes on their back you have no right whatsoever trying to box that person into your definition of what makes them anything.

everyone has different points of veiw but living an eco friendly life doesnt mean being un-american unless being american means being an un-effeciant eco slob which im pretty sure it doesnt. things like burning our flag is considered un american

Putting Israel's interests before the U.S's is very un-American. The current government is doing this constantly. The Iraq war is a tactical war for Israel's interests not the U.S's.

Celebrities like Danny Glover and Sean Penn and others and their "love fest" with Hugo Chavez is Un-American in my view.

I think everyone who is in America is American. It is a free country and by exercising your rights of freedom, not matter how ašš backward you are about it, you are being an American.
