i do disc clean ups and disc defragment and delete all my cookies but it doesnt seem enough can anybody tell me how to make it faster?????
also i have hardly anything stored on it, music ect

Ah, there's one thing you forgot to do, if you have a virus killer such as McAfee or AVG, have it check for viruses, that could be your problem right there. Oh by the way do all those things again, but do it is safe mode. To get there when you turn on your computer hit F8 immediately then you can go to safe mode. Some of your items may not appear there, but then you can do what you did earlier and then do it right.

Hi it may due to temporary files & Program Temps.
Get The CCleaner software (freeware)
its great cleans all the unwanted.
check all the box in the program
and clean it.
It will b great.
