MLL A: O'm'gosh...I know the answer...I feel like I'm on Jeopardy or something. The thing you are referring to actually looks like a 'penis' am I correct? It is called a "Stink Horn". It is indeed a fungus/mushroom that is a delicacy in Japan in its dried state. Gross.

There's this weird orange fungus-type thing that pops up every once in a while in my backyard - it's shaped like a tube, bright orange, shiny, and smells like fruit. I have never been able to figure out what it is called....nobody I've asked knows what it is either....
***How weird!! Yes it does sorta look like a penis!! Now I'm going to have to google it all day!

Tofu. I know people can make all sorts of delicious things out of it, including a no-sugar chocolate mousse I tasted Monday that was delicious, but it's a total mystery to me how they do it. Something to do with a blender, no doubt.
