-Learn some relaxation techniques like Yoga, Meditation, breathing exercises. Do message, certain aerobic exercises also gives a pleasant feeling to mind. dancing helps in relaxing the body to some extent. listen to good music.it gives a soothing effect to restless mind.

-increase your potential . morning walk, swimming, cycling, eating balanced food enables to keep the body rejuvenated.
Avoid tobacco , alcohol and cafene.

-develop positive attitude towards life.it reduces your worry and anxiety. moreever it keeps your mind calm and cool.

-Develop friendship with good people. treat both failures and success as same and feel they are ordinary.

-be optimistic and have a goal; work to achieve it.

The modern healing systems that enable to get rid of stress are
Rakhi, Pranic healing, colour therapy, music therapy, Aromatic therapy, Art of living.

The best way to relieve from Stress and Strain is doing YOGA daily
so u have to join any yoga center like ISHA yoga center in coimbatore,etc
my kind advice dont do yoga by watching it in TV or books because it will cause u many side effects
so plz do yoga under a supervision of a mastered person.

What is your profession and how are U getting tension and stress. What is your age and what is your family history regarding stress and strain. If you answer these questions I shall tell you how you can control your tension and stress. You can at present do some meditation and Yoga .Yours VRVRAO

First Don't mix with profession and personnel.Understand your task in profession and personnel life. prepare mentally for the task and plan it well How to do it.plan for the involvement and time .don't do any thing of afraid.these are the things you can do and remaining give to god. Try to listen good melody/classical music before u go to the bed so that you can have a nice sleep also.

be positive in everything.and maintain good relations with ur friends and relatives .and always think about your capabilities and strengths.the most important tip is try to make others happy.then u will easily come out of stress and tension.because making others happy is the real happnies which u wont get anywhere.
