There are many good Endocrinologists in Chennai. It will very much depend on what kind of problem you are looking at and what your specific needs are:

e.g. Apollo Hospital, Chennai has Drs Sivagnana Sundaram, PG Sundraraman and Vijaya Ganapthy.

The MV Diabetes Research Centre has Dr. V. Mohan who is good in diabetes/pancreas related disorders.

Dr. Jayashri Gopal in Apollo is also a Diabetologist and endocrinologist.

Dr. Usha Sriram at the EV Kalyani Medical centre is a trained endocrinologist from US and known for her work in Hormones and Metabolic research. She teaches at the Ramachandra Medical college

With the limited information that you have given, i am sure this list should be more than sufficient to get you started.

Good vasana (gunam) and Bad vasana exist in all human beings. Which one is activated depends upon so many factors including the terrain (the place on live). In area like Kerala the terain is so super. It is a God's own country. Rowdism will be less. In area like Afkanistan the land itself is hard and no rain, no water etc., So the people living there get agitated even for a small disturbances. Chennai is a mediam place. So really there is no much rowdism. However there exists rowdyism as in other cities. The film is after all a film. It cann't be compared with real life. So you need not worry much on this. You can safely live in Chennai.
