Well, (Really no need to tell him that way) ! Just tell him how much you Love him more and more that everyday goes by and that he's the greatest thing that could have ever happened for you!
Telling him the way you stated it would make him wonder why you marriad him back then , if you didn't love him that much from the begining! you don't want to have to make him feel bad, that it took the time that you've been marriad to love him as much as you do now, so not to make any undesired conflicts, it would probably be more wiser to state it to him the way I said you should state it to him, Look at it this way, your marriage is heading for a lifetime of happyness, when so many fail in marriage in our world as we know it today!

You could just come right out with it and tell him but I'm sure he feels it already! Or you could show him through a romantic gesture. For example I once went around to my boyfriends house when he was at work and littered his back garden with red roses, he loved that and it showed him how much I loved him. Or you could pop a little love note in his pocket so he finds it as a surprise. I put love notes in my loved ones lunch box!

You could do a large fanfare but just simply have a quiet night together and tell him. You'll be surprised what he says back!
