There are many detergents that remove water stains but you can get the same results by diluting a small amount of vinegar in water and rubbing the surface.

Vinegar and water. I believe it is a quarter cup vinegar to a spray bottle of water. I'm not sure on that but search on the web there are a lot of sites with natural cleaning recipes. these sites might even have a better way to get those spots off.

Scrub it down with Jiff, leave to dry then window cleaner!! Best thing ever.
