This question was asked just a few days ago.
If the US started bombing holy Muslim sites, every Muslim around the world would come down on the West like ten tons of bricks!
The radical Muslims that are causing all the trouble are a relatively small bunch of people but if the Muslims of the world united we would not know what hit us.
What happened on 9/11 would pale into insignificance compared to the revenge that would be wreaked for acts such as these.
It would be over very quickly but have no doubt it would be over and there would be nothing left of us.
I pray and hope that sanity will prevail.

I honsetly believe that there will be WW3 ( World War 3). These holy site have a very high and spritiual place in all Muslims hearts. Not only Muslims would feel the same, Chrisitians and Jews as well would be outraged if something like this would happen. This is not even a logical issue to discuss. People who are out of their minds would think of such things. This is a redicilous assumption.

It would be an absolute disgrace. I would in no doubt expect a retaliation. Muslims are very religious and I believe in some of the teachings of their prophet myself. I am not religious but have the utmost respect for most religions and respect their beliefs.
Any one that bombs their holy sites are inconsiderate, have zero respect and should have forced upon them the terrors that they opress upon others.
I don't believe that blood should be spilt but I fond it hard to side with those who would do that in the first place.

the moderate muslims will unite with the crazy ones so we will be facing a combined force of the middle east and a billion muslims, who will not stop until either they die or America is destroyed. WWIII
Basically the end of life as we know it, we would either be wiped out or they would, cause I don't think they would surrender, not t mention what all the muslims scattered across the world would do in the individual countries they live in.

It's been done plenty of times and they usually react by killing a few of the nearest enemies they can find or rioting and trampling to death a few of their own.
