i'm not altogether sure it is a sexual response, it just feels very good. if i do it too long it can slightly burn it, but nothin serious. any ideas?

Maybe it is because you don't touch your scrotum that often, so when there is something warm and moist it may feel good.

The v a g i n a of the women is also warm and moist like the water so that may be a sexual respones.

Just a guess.

It s a histamine reaction similar to actually scratching. It builds to a fulfillment (non sexual) then histamine levels are normalized until next time.

well, to keep sperm alive the scrotum mush keep to a temp at about 30degrees witch is a tad cold. i guess even though men cant tell that its that temp in there it just feels good for that reason.

Why ask why? LOL! If it feels good (and you're not burning yourself...) enjoy! I don't think it's gonna hurt anything.
