Sounds like what you want to do is convert your mail into a different type of file (text, word document, etc) so that you can read the mail without using the motorola mail program.

Unfortunately, you did not tell me what format the mail currently is in. (You tell by looking at the extension of the file - the three letters after the "." in the file's name). Without knowing what the current format is, and what format you want to become (txt, doc, rtf, etc) I can not be specific.

Try going to http://download.com and doing a search on the extension of the mail file. That should bring up any free programs they have for converting, reading, etc. files of that format. Hopefully amoung them there will be a convertor that will let you change the file to text or another common format.
