Is it wrong? I mean I know these people and they were mean to me -on purpose- and do not regret anything they did. They're just people full of hatred and envy. The thing is they're also hypocrites so around others, they talk to me like nothing happend. When they do, what am I suppose to do? Should I play along? Smile and make small talk? That's sick. I won't do it. So everybody thinks I'm the bad guy cause I'm not pretending.

YOU know these kind of people arenot worth even bothering about , BUT their is a question for you to ask them , this is WHY are the mean to you why do they do it on purpose = and not to regrete anything they have done to you , is just the hieght of rudeness , if like you say they are full of envy , then this is a good thing for you , , because it means that you must have something that they have not got . but when you say they are full of hatred , then be careful , because hatred in a person can lead to anger , and you do not want that. If they are hypocrites , then belive me they will not go far in their life , becase they are just crititisizing you , and for what? IF THEY GO ON DOING THIS TO YOU , THEN THE BEST THING you can do is not say anything to them , and this will hurt them more. YOUR best bet is to ignore these people yes give them a smile , but remember by doing this you you know yourself that they are not worth talking to them , so just live your life as you want and enjoy it , do not be put of by these other people , , Remember the word ENVY well it sounds to me as if they are envy of you good luck and smile

you say they are mean...which requires that u should be mean too..to know how to deel with them
if you want to be like them (playing around) go on ..as there is nothing happend but better than that you may use (the small answers little(or no) talk procedure) it is very effective in such cases or you can cut the relation if you feel so sorry for what they did .

Why not confront them publicly? Your don't have to stoop to their level and be equally rude, just stick with the facts. Then drop them like a hot potato and move on. Remember that your real friends do not need an explanation and your enemies wont believe you anyway, so let these people have it with both barrels.

What result do you want to achieve - what do you want to have happen?

And what behavior, what response from you, is going to produce that result?

Then act accordingly. If what you want more than anything is just to feel good, then go ahead and be as much of a jerk as they were - yell and scream and be mean to them. Might make you feel better - chances are, they won't care.

Don't let their behavior govern yours. Decide what you want - then act accordingly.

don't worry about what the others think. worry about yourself. if you don't want to associate yourself with those types of people, then don't. and don't let others pressure you into thinking otherwise. if people are mean to you, then there's no use in playing nice with them because they'll never change. best thing to do is ignore them and do some mingling with other people

i would let them know the next time they act like nothing happened that they were mean and remind them of what they do. . i surly wount stoop to their level and act for them. this isnt drama 101. i would either confront them or ignore them. either way they would get the point. i dont think your the bad guy , just someone who knows not to play their games.

Nothing wrong with that. Better to be mean then to be a push-over.

Don't pretend, just tell them you would rather not hear gossip. Honestly I don't think I would want them as friends if they can't change.
