Check out my letter to YA...I answered one of their violation thingys.....I got 7 today...somebodys out to get me....I know this is suicide but I really don't care anymore.....
Dear Yahoo Answers,
I can see that your site doesn't give enough support to the arts on account of you deleting my lovely, lovely poems....If you have some time, with your very busy schedule and all, please go over my poems and tell me if I have made YA an unsafe and useless community....Oh, and sorry about the 8 "Congratulations, you've reached level 4" emails you had to send me yesterday....I hope you didn't have to go overtime for that.....If I had known you would give me 7 violation emails in return, I would'nt have done it, I swear...
Send my regards to the rest of the staff. Great Job Guys....

Sadness and Happiness are tied together we can not have one and not the other as well. Y!A is a source of great joy and a place for frustration.
I read an article linked for sock puppets profile about social networking site and the CEO's lamenting that things were not going their way. The element that is missing from said sites is the human touch. They are expecting software programs and outsourced workers who may have a shaky at best command of the majority language and a reduced understanding the majority cultural refernces to monitor the site.
Social networks are made up of social beings and should be run by social beings.

reading your letter made me feel both sad and happy.
i know first hand how fun it is to berate the yahoo customer service when they steal your hard earned points for nothing. but i also know when someone nice actually responds to your hate filled letter with real human emotions. you can tell that they feel beat down and knowing that i caused that makes me feel sad. every time.
