Yes, lots of times, when I realize how wonderful my husband is, as my best friend and as an incredible lover, and I guess I just get overwhelmed with emotion. It usually happens when I'm on top, I don't know why. Then he notices and I'll drop down and hug and kiss him like crazy.
I guess that's what true love is! So feel blessed that you've clearly found your soul mate.

Yes, and why would one hide it?
It's a compliment to the other person that you are feeling so deeply that your emotions overflow.
I feel somewhat badly for those who have never experienced this. It's a whole other level of passion and emotion.
