No, it hasn't kept me from it. I plan to email each one of my contacts soon. I am interested in where they are from, and a little bit about them. The ones I have emailed have responded with a warm greeting.

No, not emailing. If I have something to say, regardless if it is anger or sweetness, I do it in email. But since I am an extremely shy person, it often prevents me from speaking what I want to say to people, live. Even my own mother! I feel a kind of safety net in the pc, where I know I can be hurt, emotionally, but cannot be touched physically, even if a touch might be loving. If I lived in the deep country, perhaps some folks would give me the title of hermit, that is how shy I am. The pc is an avenue for me to release emotion, and myself, without getting so nervous, I stutter. I thank God for inventing pc's! LOL

I email so many people on here that it's ridiculous! LOL
Shyness doesn't stop me. I have made many friends and like making new ones. I have friends that I will keep even when Yahoo is a thing of the past. To me, part of the fun is emailing others that are here.

No, what prevents me is them not allowing email. If they didn't choose to have that option blocked, I would have sent them a message by now.

No. I email people all the time. Go on and send whoever it is a nice little "good morning" email. I bet they will be delighted to get it.

Nope. Just go for it! If I took that approach I wouldn't have made the friends from here that I have. All the ones that I talk to, I love em, great people.
