It would cause alot of pain to push an ear ring though it again.
If it feels as though it is infected use a steralised needle or pin.
It probably is just a syst and i wouldn't worry about it, some pain would be normal when you touch it but honestly who touches their ear lobe?

No you shouldn't. I doubt there is an infection, but like as not you have formed a cyst at the spot. It would be filled with the same white goo you usually see in a pimple, but it's sweat and not bacteria. You need to go see a doctor, who can either drain it, remove it, or advise you to leave it be. Currently the skin is intact and that's how you want to keep it. If you try poking holes in your earlobe, more than likely you will end up with an infection and a much bigger problem on your hands. Just go see the doctor and have it checked out.

as a person who has had ears pierced and now tounge. i suggest that u seek advice from your doctor or nurse.

sounds likethere is a build up of "pus" like wat u get in a spot" i have had this happen to me and i was given a poltus to get the stuffout and bathed it in salt water.

after a few days it had gone. but avoid pushing ear ring into it as if the ear ring is dirty this will cause infection
.,

hope this helps

You really should let doctor evaluate and treat that-you could get a serious infection.
