Totally impossible - imagine if you had no eyelids though! I wonder what would happen then.

Yes - while I was driving. Its pretty much impossible, just like you said, but if you try really hard... still, its better to just sneeze and get it out of your system. If your driving, slow down and cover the brake while you do it - its only for a split second, but a lot can happen in a split second.

I cannot even control my sneeze so what chance have I got trying to open my eyes.

I just tried it...
I held my eyes open, but wasn't strong enough and my eyes closed and my eye balls rolled back into my head....
I'm in a small amount of pain now....

it is impossible.. it has been tested before when i was back in skool and they sed that u canna sneeze with your eyes open.

Yes I have, many times. I can't do it without someone literally holding my eyeslids open... haha.
