I'm assuming you got caught and that's why you're expecting to go to court.
A lots going to depend on the judge and maybe input from the person who's mailbox you hit. At the minimum I would expect that you will have to wait an extra 6-12 months to get your license. You may also receive a fine and/or community service. It's also possible your punishment could wind up replacing the mailbox you hit - not just buying the new box, but actually putting it up.

I saw the other question you posted, so this must be driving you mad, I don't know the answer so I am off to search the net to see if I can be of any help, I will return.
It depends on many things, including the state that you are in and the judge that you see on the day. Also it makes a difference as to who is prosecuting you and what the official charges are.
You may get fined as it could be classed as criminal damage, you will get fined for driving without a licence, you will probably get banned or suspended from driving, you may have to do some form of community service.
If you stand up and face the music you may get 1 or more of the above or get off with a caution.
I hope that this has been a lesson to you, never drive without a licence and you can't run from things they do have a tendancy to find you!
Sorry if it sounds like a lecture but I'm a Mum, thats my job!

I take it you got caught, Royal Mail will chare you for the box, or its repair, you will probally get a court fine/community service to cover it. Oh yes no licence too, so no insurance either, mmmm double the fine or service you have to do. Bet your kicking yourself now, was it worth it. (no)

well probably a small fine and maybe be on probation for driving without a liscence...
or get your liscence suspended for a while...that is if you are old enough to have liscene already.
or it can just be serious verbal warning.
good luck.
