My Ex Husbands water heater broke 2 months ago. Is this neglect thatthe kids have to take cold showers?

I have 3 kids 14,11,9. They HATE freezing cold showers, but their dad has them 50% of the time. He is too lazy/cheap to get it fixed.

Maybe he heats water on the stove and lets them take a bath. Do you know for sure they take cold showers? And no I wouldn't think it would be neglect. What harm is it doing them? Now in the winter that may be different.

Just have them take showers at your home. If they are complaining too much, then you need to speak with him about it.
