OFCOURSE UMPIRING
THIS POST IS A VERY TOUGH POST U REALLY HAVE TO BE FOCUSED AND U NEED A LOT OF CONCENTRATION THERE IS VERY LESS MARGIN OF ERROR.U HAVE TO MAKE THE DECISIONS VERY CAREFULLY AND EVEN IF U MAKE A WRONG DECISION ONE TIME THE PLAYER WHO U GAVE OUT WILL BE CRITICIZING U ALL THE TIME.U HAVE TO BE VERY CAREFUL.HOWEVER IT IS AVERY TOUGH JOB ESPECIALLY FOR THE ON FIELD UMPIRES COZ THEY HAVE ONLY A SPLIT OF A SECOND TO MAKE THE DECISION LIKE IN THE CASE OF A LBW APPEAL.THE UMPIRE HAS TO SEE WHETHER THE BALL PITCHED IN LINE IS IT PROPER IN HEIGHT OR IT IS HIGH WHETHER IT TOUCH THE BAT NAD THEN THE PAD OR THE PAD FIRST AND THEN THE BAT.ALL THIS IN JUST LESS THAN 10SECONDS VERY DIFFICULT AND TOO FAST TO LOOK AND THINK ALL THAT.IT IS REALLY DIFFICULT.PLEZZZZ VOTE AS BEST ANSWER IF U FEEL SOOO!!!!!!

I strongly feel that Umpiring is the most difficult task in cricket as the Umpire have to take the decision in split of a second and any wrong decision taken by the umpire can change the complexion of the match./ All eyes will be always focussed on the Umpire's decision.

All have their difficulties. Probably bowling is the most difficult skill to master, and takes a lot of practice. Batting tends to be a little more native skills based (you've either got it or not). Wicketkeeping is, for most players very difficult to learn well.
But I reckon the most difficult, and certainly the most stressful, with the eyes of the world on every decision you make, is umpiring.

Batting
Bowling
Fielding
Wicket keeping r all not so easy its quite difficult to perform than we see or say... they should perform well to win the game.... but than all of them
umpiring is something very difficult cus the umpire is the one who judges the players & the game, a word frm him depends on the game, telling the correct decision is not an easy thing, its hard than playing a game... umpire is a person who does many things at one second...

its umpiring when its a crucial match like India and pak or some final match or world cup final so in my opinion umpiring if we think our selves on their place we can understand that one decision can change the match result.
