I agree with what God said in his answer! If the republicans love their little war so much, why don't they go and fight it! and I am talking about the neo cons who run their mouths about how great bush is, and how bad the terrorists are, and how safe we are, because he is doing such a fantastic job, at protecting us!
It is BS, we are perfectly safe, since it was an inside job in the first place! And no I am not delusional! But most of you are, for swallowing his garbage hook, line and sinker! This war is a huge disaster, and we are losing it big time! How long will it go on, and how many more of our soldiers will die before it is ended? and just how do you 'lose' weapons?
Wasn't there something about a lot of money 'disappearing' as well! Just who is in charge of the war over there! Why is it not being managed better than it is? Someone needs to do something, and soon!

Politicians say they support our troops but keep them over there to protect us from terrorists.

That is the biggest load of bull ever.

The only successful attack terrorists launched against us involved box cutters on airplanes. This will NEVER happen again (as me and about 50 other passengers will rip out the eyes of any hijacker now).

Letting somebody die is not a form of support.

It's sad how clever wording and simple psychology works on some Americans. But then again, the government does nothing to improve the education system and that may be why.

I guess the phrase, "Actions speak louder than words," is officially dead.

Goodness what Republican support of our troops translates into - except the fact that it usually means bigger profits for arms manufacturers.

Don't give up, it took us many years to stabilize our gov't. You'd be naive to believe this would all be over by now. There are people dying over there to protect us, don't demoralize them with your comments....they don't deserve this.

Why do you only say the republicans support the troops? democrats do too - this shouldn't be a party issue....people should support our troops and not root for them to fail.

Don't admit defeat, strive for victory. I imagine you never finish anything you start.

troops are doing their duty, when the commander and chief says to do something they have no choice. But for those of us that do have a choice we always should respect who bears our flag and nation, but my heart goes out to the troops and their families for having such a dumb piece of $hit commander. God bless and protect you all....

Why don't those who support the troops so much get in front of them instead of behind them? I'm guessing that if they traded places, they might see the world a bit differently.

The Republicans who are still supporting the war have millions of reasons why:

Of course it does... Conservatives only care about a blastocyst, a zygote, an embryo, or a fetus after it's born it's just a tool for a tax cut for the wealthy

much better than not supporting them at all...grandstanding as the pelosi/reid regime does trying to ramrod the idea that surrender is support down the american peoples throats and inviting al qaeda to attack here while we bury our heads in the sand...face it liberal..they are NOT going to join us on mt. whitney and sing kumbayah...WAKE UP.

I support the troops completing their mission, regardless of mistakes made along the way. Failure is not an option.
