Haven't had sex in the last two weeks or ever? Because if you've had sex in the last six weeks, you could be pregnant.

No food or food item will get your period to come, unless your papaya nuts are laced with estrogen.

If you've drastically changed your lifestyle, i.e. quit exercising, increased eating strange foods, sleep all the time (or quit sleeping if you're tired), you're throwing your body's natural rhythms out of sync. You won't be on time for your cycle. You also won't be on time if you're pregnant.

If you've had sex in the last six weeks, take a pregnancy test. If it comes up negative, wait another two weeks. If you still haven't had your cycle, take another test. If it's still negative, contact your doctor or gynecologist.

Doing a lot of exercise and change in diet can affect our periods.

But because of the tiredness that you are experiencing I would recommend that you see your doctor for further evaluation to see what they think is going on.

Nothing wrong, my dear. You are most likely pregnant.
