That is special! Wish I had one. 'fraid I 'm not sure what it is.
If you gave a little more info as to whether it is frost hardy etc.

My best guess is a New Guinea type of impatiens (common name 'busy lizzie'). The stems are round and not woody, rather sappy. They come in many different colours.

Impatiens, Tom Thumb. I have several colors, they root in water, prefer shade, annual unless you bring them inside to overwinter.

I don't know what it is, but it looks nothing like impatiens!
