How do I max screen permanently?

Of course I can do this everytime (right top screen) but it's pain.Only my home page & tabbed browsers are max all the time.

Learn to use the hotkeys, read the manual.

1) Right click on the shortcut for whatever program you want to open maximized
2) Select "Properties"
3) Click on the "Shortcut" tab
4) Under "Run" select "Maximized"
5) Click "OK"

Your program should open maximized each time.
