It's well known that people in Sweden have the longest vacation in whole Europe, maybe even in the world. I don't know how much days.

I do not know about Sweden, but here in the Netherlands we have (on average) 25 days holiday, and on top of that many of us officially work only 36 or 38 hours in the week but if fact work 40 each week, those extra hours will be given as days. Which often works out as 15 days in the year, coming to a total of 40 days.
In some companies you can add them to your holidays or use them for the days you need to have off during the year and use all your holiday time for a 5 week trip.
(Many employers find holidays of more than four weeks overdoing it!)
But in some companies you can book your overtime against days and get a real holidays sometimes, I got a 7 week holiday many years back and a 8 week holiday two years back.
But I know that it is a rare exception and I should not expect an other one that long again. (But I stay hopeful and safe money for when it happens again.)

We have 5 weeks, and some unions have negotiated with employers' associations/organisations to get even more days in exchange for more modest wage demand. A few other European countries have just as much or more. Finland have 30 days so they could stretch it to 6 weeks, but in their case, they have to count Saturdays, so in general it's about 5 weeks there, too. France, Estonia and Poland have more days than Sweden, at least nominally. We are so lucky to have such long vacations, but every year it feels like it's necessary - we work like dogs when we DO work!
