I think what you want to do is refresh CMOS data or settings in BIOS. That is easily done either thru the CMOS jumper or by removing CMOS battery for 20-30 seconds. Be sure to do this while PC is unplugged.

what do u mean refresh BIOS. There is no such thing as refreshing the BIOS. What is the problem u are having, and what are u trying to accomplish.

Pls turn off your PC then the simple way to reset your bios is removing the cmos battery inside the computer and wait 5 minutes and put the battery back and power up your PC. it will refesh all the settings on your pc
