I'm now in week 10, and I'm down to 126lbs. I've always been skinny (i model), but this is 6-11lbs underwsight for me, and 2lbs less than last week! Why why why? I'm not throwing up, I may be eating a BIT less, as things smell odd... but still. i don't know what to do... I'm tryign to eat healthy like always, and i'm doing low-impact workouts (yoga) but idk what to do. I'm worried aobut my baby, and my next dr. appt. isn't for 3 weeks.

Some woman lose weight in the beginning due to morning sickness. It's normal. :) If you're really concerned then call your doc for reassurance. Congrats.

My best friend lost weight between 1st & 2nd trimester (around the 11-13 weeks mark) and my SIL also lost weight around that time with her pregnancy too. Both have put on weight since and babies are fine. If you keep losing weight rapidly then schedule an appt to see the ob sooner but otherwise if it levels out ok, then just mention it to them at the appt or they will weigh you usually anyway
I only put on a few kilos in the first 18weeks and the bulk of it in the last half. Its normal to lose smaller amounts of weight early on from fatigue and loss of apetitie due to morning sickness or aversion to foods.

Good luck, I'm sure it will all be ok.

Sometimes women lose some weight in the first trimester but I think you should try to see the doctor earlier. You shouldn't be eating any less, try to eat more, even if it smells funny. Your baby needs the nutrience and so do you. If you can't eat full meals try to have good nutritious snacks with you from all the food groups and graze throughout the day. Don't eat any "light" food, or "diet" food, and just keep on eating.
Good luck!

It happens sometimes that you may loose weight in the first trimester but since you say that you are skinny and now gettn underweight.. its not such a nice thing.. I would suggest you to see your doctor earliest and see how they can help you..
Regarding diest try not to reduce your intake.. have something alternatively and if you cant eat more at a time increase the number of meals at least..
Also you can stop excercises for sometime.. consult your doctor for any sort of excercises..

Ignore your food aversions. Its hard I know, maybe snack on a lot of frruits and vegetables even though they have little calories my point is they dont really "smell" or anything to make you feel sick. Think of things you can stand, but make sure you get all food groups. I would be hungry after a meal but I knew better. You also have to just "know better" and eat. Sounds like for know you can handle extra calories. Go in early to your doctor.
