Yes , the Sun does orbit the center of gravity of the solar system(Barrycenter).This occurs with all the planets and theSun balances the energy of all the planets at the same time.
Hence the barry center is a dynamic one which moves in a 3 dimensional trajectory.
The solar system is also part of our Galaxy.Therefore it follows also the orbit of the Galaxy around the center of mass of the Universe.

Yes, it makes a tight circle around the centre of gravity of the solar sistem. The Sun contains the 99% of the mass of the entire solar system, so the centre of gravity is very close to the centre of the Sun (in fact, it is inside the Sun disc).

Because the center of the solar system is so close.
It does orbit about the center of Milky Way, if you're interested.

Yes, by Keplerian dynamics it must.....however, that barycenter is inside the solar surface (if I'm not mistaken).
