I consider you a woman who is strong but suffering some psychic pain in her soul. I see you as a lady, a very nice person who is very confused about song lyrics!! (lol) I wonder if I see someone dear for you in your future....the color green keeps floating past the center of my crystal ball...what could that mean? (?) That's kind of hard to say since I don't know you...lol! But hopefully you are a good cop...and a good role-model, and someone who represents well the female gender in a role that has, for so long now, been traditionally male-dominated. You seem to be a confident person, a no-nonsense person, but someone who is caring enough about others to live her life in the service of humanity. I have great respect for your profession. My father was a sergeant (Seattle PD), my uncle a lieutenant (Tacoma PD), and my grandfather a chief of police (Tacoma PD). I also know the obstacles you face in your profession, being a woman, and I admire your tenacity in the face of what you've probably dealt with many times: discrimination. When I was younger, my dream was to become a police officer. My father talked me out of it. He said that women "don't belong on the police force." That they would not be accepted by other male officers...he said they were a threat to the safety of whomever their partners might be. I was young, and naive, and I believed him. I love my dad, but I very much regret listening to him, and not pursuing my dream while I was still young enough to have a chance. I think it's great that you've let nothing stop you from achieving your goals. Congrats!

We would probably never get along, not because I break the law because I don't, but we'd probably have different attitudes and interests. I consider you to be a WONDERFUL woman, Rae, and one of my dearest friends here. I'd LIKE to consider you as my Girlfriend but I'm kind of shy, and it'll take some time for me to work up my nerve to ask you. LOL. But, the way things are going, it may happen sooner than you think ;). I don't actually consider you as that just yet and I think that it'd be wrong of me to just "Claim" you as that.
