well, the one thing I know is keep saltine crackers by your bed. When you first wake up (before you move) eat a few crackers. Wait a few minutes and rise slowly. Feel better. That is a bummer. But it will pass. I heard that morning sickness is a sign of a healthy baby!

I've never had morning sickness coz i've never been pregnant but i've been asking about it as i'm ttc. Doctors and chemists say the best thing is vitamin B6 helps with the nauesa. B6 is found in some pregnacy tablets and in green vegies. They say if you can eat the vegies like brocalli, beans etc raw because it has more before its been cooked. Also for dizziness and nausea they said to drink lots of water, don't know why thats just what they said! lol They also said even though you probably won't feel like eating sometimes it can make you feel better! Anyway thats just what i've been told! lol
Good luck hope you feel better soon and enjoy beeing pregnant!

I remember that feeling. Morning noon and night sickness.
It means your hormones are raggjng & this should be a good pregnancy.

I know it is hard, but you need to keep well hydrated and a bit of food in your stomach at all times. Saltine crackers should be always at your side. During the night if you wake up a little bit eat a cracker and drink some water.

Check with your doctor.....pepperment tea is good for your stomach.

Have someone else do the cooking that bothers you. Eat small amounts often. Graze. When at work..have crackers to nibble on (low salt ones) And some kind of fruit to nibble on. If you can tolerate dairy that is good in small doses.

Hang in there.....this will pass. I promise you.

I was the same exact way as salsand6......to a T.

the best thing for me when i hadent eaten in too long (usually an hour and a half to two hours) was to eat Cheese crackers with penutbutter......they are packaged and the brand is Austin.....i would eat those slowly untill i felt a bit better usually it would take 2 or 3 ish.

i suspect you can eat less of those than salteens because they have high calories. just make sure you get something to eat Before you get to the sick point -----and if nothing is around then these crackers did wonders for me.....like if i wasnt sick and was going to walmart---15 minutes away and got sick on the way i had some in the car and before i got to the store i was better.

hope this helps and they are really cheap

My morning sickness is starting to fade (and luckily, quickly)... Anything salty helped me. It was almost like I craved salt. And even though you can't stand food right now, eating might make you feel better. And empty stomach will make you feel horrible, too.

I tried to eat something (usually just like two or three crackers) about every 30-45 minutes, just to keep something in my stomach. Made me feel tons better!

Best advive though, keep your head up and be happy... The sickness will pass and in a few months, you'll have a happy and healthy baby and everything will be worth it!

Congrats and good luck!

Well, there is something out there called Morning sickness magic made by Mommy's Bliss, it has ginger, vitamin b6, folic acid and something else in it I think, I took it, but I don't know if it helped or if I was just getting to that point in the pregnancy that morning sickness was going away...also preggie pop drops help, but for me it only helped when I had it in my mouth...try to avoid the smells that bother you (easier said than done, I know)...also you can try gingerale (with real ginger in it.) there is one made by the Hansen's brand. I know exactly what you're going through and I'm SO SORRY you're feeling so bad! Oh, the preggie pops and morning sickness stuff I found on drugstore.com (I am in japan right now and had to order it)...I hope you feel better soon!!! Best of luck!

I had the same thing and it sucked. Unfortunately I didn't find anything that really worked for me and I just had to wait it out. It went away in the second trimester. Don't take any medication unless you've talked to your doctor and they've prescribed you something. The only thing that helped me a bit was mint tea which is settling for your stomach. I'm sorry you are feeling so bad, I hope it goes away soon.
Good luck.

Quick question, When you feel this nausea, have you eaten anything? Silly I know. I mean who wants to eat when they feel sick but the reason is this.....you must eat.

When i was pregnant, I had the worst case of MS but then i soon discovered that once I ate, it would disappear. It is your body telling you, FEED ME NOW OR YOU'LL REGRET IT. Once you intake a small meal, all the aversions subside until you're hungry again. You won't feel the usual pangs of hunger. You'll feel absolutely sick to your stomach but if you eat...it'll all go away. I hope this helps you,as it has helped me.

pickled ginger like the kind at sushi restaurants helps with nausea. Fresh ginger from the store grated into 7 up is nice too or ginger ale, but add some fresh ginger. It is a little spicy, so add a little at a time.
I used to eat watermelon because it was easy to throw up while I was working. Then I started drinking the ginger drinks and ginger tea, regular decaf tea with grated ginger and sugar.....

No to morning sickness tea is GREAT for morning sickness. It's good for indigestion and morning sickness that you get when you're pregnant.
