Miller said Bonds had hit more Home Runs than anyone else that ever played the game.
What about Sadharu Oh and Josh Gibson?
The truth is Bonds is the ALL TIME leader in Major League Baseball.

it was in right rightcenter, and that he doesnt have the most homeruns to ever play the game he has the most homeruns in the MLB.

Mattapan has it right. Jon Miller makes a mistake everytime he turn his mic on. The last game I watched Miller do was Sunday night Mets vs Cubs. He had teams and players confused, I had have the game on mute.

I think you're being way too picky. In the context, it was obvious that he was referring to MLB, but people don't qualify everything when not necessary. It very common-and accepted-to say "pro baseball players are ...", when they only mean MLB--is that a mistake?
People say "every president" when they only mean only U.S. presidents--is that a mistake?
