Everyone who is saying they're ugly or too weird hasn't been around too many people of other cultures then because Tempest is a common name among the African American culture and Devlin and Devin are very common right now in the Northern European culture - caucasion- whites in America. Really, none of that should even matter when naming a child. If your cousin likes these names, then its her choice if she wants to name her child one of these names.
Personally I like Tempest the best for a girl and Terran best for a boy. Tempest Kincade or just Tempest Cade sounds pretty!

I like them all except for Tempest and Devlin. They're unique. And who knows if he would like those names, people can't just asume he won't. My name is Mercedes, just like the car, and I want an even stranger name, I dislike common names.

Tempest for a girl - that really is quite nice
Terran for a boy - never heard of it before but I like the look of it

Tempest is really pretty. Tempany is a similar sounding name which your cousin might like. I'm not too keen on the boys names though. I think Kade on it's own is nice.

Wow....I'm slightly disturbed by the girls names. Terran/Taryn/Tarin is the only name I like on there.
FYI, Unique means one of a kind, I'll guarantee you those aren't.

lierin is ok but the rest kinda sound too whackado for me
sorry
i agree with the other poster... what's wrong with a normal name?
stick the wacky name in the middle...
think about it this way
is it ok for a 2yo
is it ok for a 12yo
is it ok for a 22yo
is it ok for a 32yo... and so on
what's that going to look like when they are going for a job?
think of them being teased in school and how many times they will get quirky looks from others and have to pronounce the names

I don't really like any of those names. If she wants something unique.. Why not something like, Caidence? or Kaiden? I can barely pronounce those other names. That kid will have such a hard time in middle school, and subsitute teachers will butcher the name.
