I have a Windows XP that DOES NOT have a DVD ROM but I need to be able to watch DVD's on them. Is there any free program that can do that? Or is there any other way to watch DVD's on my computer?

Go buy the hardware, a DVD ROM. No software tricks could do it for you. Not even James Bond could help you.

Well, there's no way unless you purchase a DVD-ROM and put it into your CPU cabinet. DVD-ROM s are getting cheaper by the day, you can get them at as low as 20 $ !!

A DVD must be played in a DVD drive. There is no software to magically turn the disc in your hand into something else.
