it might be taken against you as you are NOT allowed to do this
when you bet for something is a contract; and means that you will pay for it if you buy it (not if you 'loose' the second bid)

Once you bid you are committed to the purchase, unless you contact the seller and get them to cancel the transaction. Most likely you will be out bid the last second if you stop bidding on the item. If I were you and I won both items I would find the money to pay for both then relist one of the items when it arrives. Otherwise you will get a bad rating on your account if you don't pay.

You can't, it's legally binding. One of 3 things can happen: You can ask the seller to release you from the bid, you can ask the seller to wait until you CAN pay or you can just not pay & get a bad rating & have Ebay disputes on your back.....giving you time to pay for it......not exactly honest, but sometimes it's the only way.

You can't undo a bid on ebay. You can, however, message the person to ask if they can remove your bid.

If you win both, Pay for 1, and don't pay for item 2, the other item will cancel itself out sooner or later

you cant, a bid is a binding legal contract, thats why it warns you before you make a bid.
the only possible way out is to contact the seller and tell them your situation. it MAY work
