i want to remove a popup blocker , dont know how to do it?

If you are trying to say when you open Internet browser you want to see popups? If this is what you want to do first check Internet explorer's version mine is 7 so I will guide you by that version.

Open Internet, click on tools, Menu will appear you will see
Popup Block(P) click here then you will have two options block or unblock.

Do you mean you want to remove popups? Why would you remove a popup blocker (unless it is a rogue)? What's the name? You could use ccleaner to remove software that is safe but it won't clean malware. Use Spybot and superantispyware for that

pop up blockers are a necessary evil, you WILL regret removing it
turn it off for specific instances by right clicking on the grey box that blocks pop ups
youll soon learn most are porn ads or spam

I have tried everything to remove the pop up and it just will not go away. Please help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!It is Systems Alert. I did not add it and don't know how it got there but the icon is at the bottom. usually can right click any icon and delete it but not this one. IT WILL NOT GO AWAY. When it pops up it stops my ability to cont. what I am doing and I have to clear it up befor my mouse will continue, I x the pop up and it goes away for a few min, the must click mouse again befor can write. Don't know what to do. Went to add/remove programs and it is not in that list. It is not listed in any of all programs, it is just there, I want it out. Please Help
