Go to the hospital.
It may be the mucus plug that comes out prior to or during labor! If so, you can get an infection easily. Do not bathe!
Peace be with you!

I slipped and fell while mopping a few weeks ago, landed on my side in a doorway. It sucked. I still have a bruise on my hip, knee and elbow. I went to the doctor. The baby did move soon after but I was still worried because it was a pretty bad fall. Everything ended up to be just fine. BUT, I didn't feel better about it until I went to the doc. They told me that if anything were to happen to the baby that it would happen within 6 to 12 hours after the incident, so you wouldn't notice a big change until hours later. Just go to the doc and get your peace of mind! I do not mop anymore. Maybe you should consider changing your position at work if possible, this sounds really dangerous and us pregnant ladies have a really hard time with balancing after a while. Good luck!

I don't care what time it is. OB doctors take calls day & nights. They take turns with other OB doctors.
Yes, you should be concerned. Be prepared to go to the hospital.
If you can't get ahold of the doctor. Go to the ER.
This might be your mucus plug that has come out, it is mucus & blood. If it is..........usually the baby needs to be delivered within 12 -24 hours after it passes.
If you are straight out bleeding.....you need to get to the hospital. Call them on the way.
Keep us posted

Call your OB ASAP!! Spotting in the 3rd trimester can indicate problems, such as placental abruption. I almost lost my son to this at 29 weeks. Call NOW.

i would go to the hospital,, but trying to make you feel a little better, it could be that you have lost your mucas plug and you are dialating and your cervix is thinning out causing spotting, if thats the case i would go to the hospital anyway!!! You would be getting ready for labor
Best of luck!!

Please, call your Dr. But it could be your mucus plug. I have heard that you can have some bloody show along with it. But again call your Dr. Any situation where you are spotting is a cause for concern and should be addressed with your Dr.
