Gee, it sounds like you're just stressed out.
You've got to find a way to relax a little. Can you prioritize the 'stuff on your plate'?
Maybe decide what's most important that you can definitely do something about (say, grades) and just focus on that for a while. Once that's better, maybe you can add in working on getting your permit, for example.
Anyone who tries to do everything at once is going to experience life as extremely stressful. Establishing priorities and developing focus helps to relieve some of the stress.
So maybe you won't have your license for a little while, and maybe you won't have much money, but at least your grades can improve and you can plan to do the other things later.

Maybe a bit of both. But you'll be ok, you just need a routine.
A lot of people fail their permit a couple of times but you really need to study hard for it. Make flash cards, try to makeup little connections that help you remember.
Make sure you are eating healthy and set a certain amount of time, 30 minutes to an hour for exercise. And just try to do little things during the day that help like don't take the bus anywhere, walk. Run up stairs, don't take esculators.
And make sure you get some study time in.
And, I'm sure someone is hiring somewhere. Just keep looking in papers and on the net. You have to be persistant.
I'm sure you'll work it out though. Good luck.

Everyone gets in the position you're in at some point in their lives. It seems you get a run of bad luck and nothing seems to be going right. You'll eventually pass your permit test, you have to have a positive outlooks. I bet you went in there "hey i failed once I need to pass but I bet i'll fail again.' You put so much pressure on yourself. You are the only person who can cure these problems, and yeah it might take some time. There is a light at the end of every tunnel, stupid saying I know, but it's true. Try to be more positive (It's stupid and general advice,I thought the same thing). Be determined enough to make changes, and you'll succeed.

Reading between the lines I think there is more that is bothering you, and consequently all the other stuff is building up on top of that. Completely normal - and all makes for one stressed out person. Firstly, dont beat yourself up - a corny saying but I will say it - this too shall pass. You need to look at the positives in your life and about you and I am sure there are many. Music has always worked for me whenever things are over the top - that is my way of coping, and getting the balance. Do you have someone you trust enough to talk with about what's underneath it all thats making you sad? Above all, keep it real, and set small achievable goals - dont overload yourself - one step at a time. Good luck

i think your stressed, depressed would mean that you have given up. you obviously are concerned and trying to do some positives. here is a thought for you. whenever things are about to change for the better things will always get harder. i don't know why but they always do. just remember that you are the cool breeze and let it roll off like water off of a ducks back. you're downright chilly willy you are. things will work out because you are trying and their ain't nothin wrong with that! eventually you bust through the clouds and you realize you are a better, stronger and more capable person...then you start lookin for the next challenge. like who wants some of this!

it's stressed and a whole lot of frustration and with that you can be a little depressed but not like medical depressed....it's natural for you to feel depressed after being so stressed and frustrated with everything that's happened...but don't worry, you'll bounce right back through...just remember that everything happens for a reason and everything is a blessing in disguise

don't panic.. this is a normal transitional period, first you need to get yourself together. think before you act. take your time and list down all your problems then figure out how to deal with it. .step by step . ..nobody is perfect. Check your priorities , as for your lists you mentioned, your school work should come first then you go to the others one at a time. this worked for me, check if it can work for you too. ..
