I would have to say....
From the Movies Darth Vader and his Super Star Destroyer the Executor. And Darth Vader's lightsaber.
From the books I'd have to day the Sun Crusher. It was a super weapon that was so small but it could still blow up entire star systems. It showed that the Empire could make small things and they would still be so deadly.
