In a mental health study? Like where they pay you to experiment new drugs and methods on you?

I have. At one of the hospitals in Milwaukee there was a study being done on THC- I was paid 200 bucks, got high, and was allowed to eat all sorts of free snack food... while doing some simple electronic tests.

have you ever seen video of the stuff they did during the zimbardo prison experiment? this is a mental health study but they didnt experiment with drugs. just think if they had drugs though... lol.

I suppose if I had a mental disorder and they didn't have a reliable treatment. If I thought it could cure my disease I'd try it out. Also, depending on how bad the disease is, if it would make me feel better, I 'd probably say yes. As a psychology student I'd feel obligated to help out my field of study.

Mental health usually doesn't has anything to do with drugs.
If it has nothing to do with drugs, it's ok.

I was already a lab rat for that stuff as a teenager, I would never do that again. Each drug has their own side effects and I've tried enough to last a lifetime.

When I had my last operation on my throat, they asked if I would allow them to try a new skin "glue" ... rather than stitches. Oh yeah, so if it's a bust ... I'm walkin' around and suddenly my huge throat wound rips wide open?! No damn way!! If they wanna test their drugs ... use a guinea pig!! :(

Never. Yeah the drug could relieve my insanity, but it will come with 50 different side effects.
