no, youre mixing two different terms together... the first term is deja vu... which in french means "already seen." people use this term when they feel like they have experienced something before and are now re-living it.
the next is voodoo, which is where there is usually a little doll that people do things to in the hopes of having those things happen to the person the doll is made to resemble.. usually, needles are stuch into the dolls.
