ok sweetie.....couple things here 1) the words QUALITY & FREE dont go together when it comes to animals
2) you are also expecting to get it shipped & come w a cage yet again for FREE???
3) seriously get a clue.......sorry to sound so rude but your asking for people to just hand over "quality" pets that take money & time to raise & rear properly & w good health & to house these pets for you.....seriously even if I had snakes to give away I wouldnt give em to you as I would feel that you obviously dont want to spend any money on the proper obtaining & care of the creatures so I would for sure not for see a healthy happy life in their future living w you. What would you do if it got sick??? Expect a "quality" vet to provide the services for free yet again??? Come on now.....grow up & be willing to take responsibity for the things you want

so you want a free snake with free shipping, and a free cage, do you also want the moon on a stick? very unlikely that you would find something like this! try rehoming centres, but then even most of them as for a donation!

nothing in this world is for free. sorry.
The cost of having a snake isn't to bad once it is set up but buying the snake and the enclosure costs a bit.

Snakes are expensive animals to buy, and so are their vivariums. You're dreaming if you think someone's going to give you hundreds of dollars worth of snake & accessories for free. Good luck!

you can't, nothing like that would be given for free.
at most you might find someone in the paper or craigslist giving or selling theirs if they don't want it anymore
or check petfinder.com
