cool synth voice songs?

Question

you know the songs that use that cool, kind of bubbly kind of sounds that they put on the voices? like, in the medic droid songs? do you guys know any other good songs that have that?

Actually, I myself was wondering if on "Super Mario Sunshine" for Nintendo GameCube, the parts where Mario is minus his special water pak and has to jump over obstacles a la "Super Mario Brothers" (for NES), the singers for the old theme song for the original game are done with voice synthesizers. I just think, if it is, that's really cool.
Bobby McFerrin does all the vocal sounds on some of his earlier works, it's not vocal synthesizer but it's a good place to start for songs all vocal sounds. I know it's not quite what you are looking for, but it's a good starting point.
