Since they are probably going to be fraternal, maybe instead of alliteration, it would be easier to name them A, B, C and D. It may be easier to rhyme them with different letters plus choose both boy and girl names.

BOYS
A:
Aaron (Hebrew - enlightened) (Arab - Messenger)
Acton (Old English - Belonging to the town with oak trees)
Aden (Arabic - One who brings pleasure) (Irish - fiery)
Alan (Irish / Gaelic - handsome, fair, bright, happy)
Alvin (Old German) - beloved, wise friend to all
Arden (Latin - ablaze) (Old English - dwelling place)

B.
Brandon (raven),
Brian (Irish - Hill) (Celtic - Strong, Honourable)
Byron (Old French - bear strength) (Old English - from the country estate)

C.
Carson (English / Scottish - Son of the marsh dweller)
Caelan (Irish / Gaelic) powerful in battle
Callan (Australian Aboriginal - the sparrow hawk bird)
Calvin (Laton - the bald one)
Camden (Irish - Dweller in the winding, windy valley)
Chayton (lakota - falcom)
Christian (Latin / Greek - follower of Christ)

D.
Deagan
Dallan,
Dylan
Dalton
Damon
Dannon
Darren
Darwin
Davin
Dawson etc.

This is not an extensive list by any means, I just wanted to give you a gist of what I was talking about. And you'd do likewise for the girls.

Autumn, Aislyn etc..

I would choose how many syllables you want, and what letter or sound you want them to end in. I would then just go through the baby name book until you find suitable matches. Write them down. Cross out the ones you don't like. Cross out the ones with bad meanings and then decide which ones you like for each. Have a list of your favourite boy and girls name that begin with A, B, C and D. Then whatever the birth order, (boy, boy, girl, girl) (Girl, Boy, girl, girl) you'll have a comprehensive short list of names that sound a like for both boys and girls, and then you can name them from there from your short list.

(Can you tell I'm a bit pedantic about stuff like this?)

I hope this helps. I don't know if that's exactly what you were after. Good luck with your babies!!

Funny you should ask that. I always thought if I had quads I would call them Nickey, Mickey, Rickey and Vickie. All of the names except Vicky could be either sex. I guess Dicky could take the place of Vicky if it is a boy. There are variations of spellings for all of the names. Nickey could be Nicholas or Nichole, Mickey could be Michael or Michelle, Rickey could be Richard or Rici (like Rici Lake), and Vicki could be Victoria. Dickey could be Richard and Rickey could be Ricardo.

I love "J" names...these baby names are modern but not difficult to pronounce or spell like most names now-a-days. Good luck!

I personally think its a little cheesy to do the rhyming thing but they are your children so you should do it if that's what you want. I would do different letters (to me, its a little more original that way)...but anyway, here are a few suggestions...

LEDGER...boy (masculine) I LOVED THIS NAME but had my baby girl Charlotte instead

LUCY...girl (adorable as a baby girl but respectable as an adult)

LACIE...girl (fun)

LINDY...girl

LINDSAY...girl

LAUREN...girl

LOREN...boy

LEO/full name LEONARD or LEONARDO...boy
