smart is a MUST have. the success has a lot to do with their career, the economy, etc. what if shes an actress? great looking and can act, but just not getting parts? or and artist? success doesn't really matter. but intelligence is a must have.
of course, it wouldnt HURT for her to have lots of money, but its not something i care about at all.
I look for kindness, honor, thoughtfulness, intelligence, education, sexuality, and beauty. pretty much in that order.

Rich, smart, successful and attractive lady. The combinations is a sure heading for a short marriage life, because even if she is .trying to make the marriage a successful one, there are male vultures attacking her and this will result in temptations and she will look for someone else.
A simple ordinary lady will have a greater chance of a successful married life.
An intelligent person will choose an average girl for marriage.

Good luck

It is simply not important how rich she is (unless the guy is looking for a shugar momma). I wouldn't say its a deal breaker by itself, but being rich and successful often comes with a lot of strings attached. Things like lack of time or energy to make a relationship work, increased demands, expectations, frequent bussiness travel, etc. Success also often comes with arrogance, bossiness and sense of entitlement. If the guy is not as succcessful, there may not be many things in common at all between them.

There are many other qualities of a woman that are far more important than this.

there's nothing wrong with success, the absolute worst that can happen is the guy will get jealous or feel like he isn't supporting as much as he should, but if he can be secure about it then the only thing that your career would change is the income, as for intelligence, I need a girl to be smart, someone who can challenge me or at the very least keep up with what I'm saying, I hate it when I have to explain

i think a girl who is successful is attractive... i think a girl who is average and has ambitions of becoming successful is just as attractive - the idea of a "rich girl" is the unattractive part....
i will love a girl i fall in love with - not a pre-approved wife candidate.

best of luck.

Well actually money doesn't mean everything, although personally I would like someone who is in school or who has even a part time job. I like a woman with confidence in where she is now or where she is going, who has goals but knows how to have fun and enjoy the road there. I have no clue if that makes any sense to you but it does to me.

well that really depends, since some guys may be intimidated a bit with you since your very successful.. but for me I would find that more attractive since i see that type of girl as someone who would actually be a very good wife since sheez very hard working and dedicated to the things she does

in a way, cause it's always more attractive when a woman knows what she wants. at least that's the way i feel. but then again, there are guys out there who are intimidated to women who are very succesful.

It doesn't matter if your rich or poor as long as we click and have stuff in common. Money doesn't buy happiness.
