Just leave the female in the main tank, the fry will hide in the plants, no need to put her in the breeder, it will only stress her out anyway
Here is a video that shows a guppy just before birth

Hope that helps
Good luck

You need the plants for the baby guppies to hide so they don't get eaten by the larger fish. Careful with the filter if you're running one of those power jobs. Babies will get sucked into the filter.
Good luck!

yes she will be able to get air.

but it doesnt make sense what you wrote. Are you going to let the babies go, or the female?

Breeder nets are not really good for raising the fry. While you can breed them there, you should get a 10 gallon with a sponge filter and liveplants for the fry to grow out. feed them hikari first bites

DON'T put the mother in the breeding net! Move the males instead!
